A. Information you provide to us directly:

  • Application Data (for developers): When adding an app, we collect the app name, its description, the testing link on the Google store, and the necessary integration information for the test tracking service.

B. Information about the use of the TESTHUB OK mobile application:

The TESTHUB OK mobile app offers features tailored for developers and testers, and only requires the following permissions to enhance the testing experience:

    These permissions are used only after user consent within a testing environment and are not permitted outside of this context.

  • QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: Used only to detect the app selected by the user for testing, to monitor performance and log crashes. It is not used for any other apps.
  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Used solely to allow the user to submit screenshots as part of bug reports.
  • READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Used only when the user chooses to submit a screen recording to demonstrate an issue or bug.

The app does not collect any data from other user apps and does not use permissions outside the testing context authorized by the user.

C. Information we collect automatically:

  • Usage Data: We may collect information on how our service is accessed and used, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, the pages of our service that you visit, and the time and date of your visit.
  • Testers' Data: We use the User ID and Device ID to link you with the applications you are testing and accurately track your activity, in order to prevent fraud and ensure fair point rewards for actual test participation.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our service.
  • To manage your account as a user of the platform.
  • To allow developers to add their apps and track their tests.
  • To allow testers to earn points based on their activity.
